Comfortable but late service
Good service. Whole journey was comfortable. Take care of your belongings at stations. Trains run late so check before one sets out of hotel.

The train was traveling just a short distance from Venice to Rome and was late by almost 2 hours. Unacceptable! Difficult to deal with exchanging tickets, etc. Everything seemed like a mob scene.
