Absolute pleasure
The train trips between Rome and Naples were comfortable and cool. On the way back the upgrade with complimentary drink and snack was a perfect way to finish our holiday. I would have no hesitation...

Good experience
The website was fairly easy to navigate and there was an option to get to an English version. Customer service was very quick in refunding fees.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. I feel ripped off by them. They took advantage of me as a tourist and showed no willingness to work with paying customers.
