On the rare occasion, it may be necessary to make changes to our guests’ itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances. However, we truly regret to learn that this was the case during your journey, and we apologise for any inconvenience that you experienced. Furthermore, it saddens us read that demographic of the group caused you concern, but we would kindly suggest that you speak with your Travel Agent to help you find an experience more suited to your individual preferences. Nevertheless, our Tour Directors are always more than happy to help make your touring experience as comfortable as possible.
