It saddens us to learn that your time on the tour did not live up to your expectations. Therefore, we have forwarded these comments to our Operations and Product Development departments for their respective review. Nonetheless, we are very pleased that you enjoyed your stay at the majority of the hotels during your time in Ireland. Furthermore, we hope that with the necessary improvements; we will be able to fully restore your trust in our escorted experiences going forward.

On rare occasions, due to unforeseen circumstances, breakdowns or for safety purposes; it may be necessary to use replacement coaches. However, please allow us to apologise that during this special instance you may not have encountered the same coach experience that you have come to expect with Insight Vacations. Furthermore, we regret to learn that the pace of the tour was not to your preferences, and therefore we have forwarded your suggestions to our Operations team for their consideration. Nevertheless, with your feedback still in mind; we truly hope that you were able to leave your time in Britain with some lasting highlights, and we wish to have the future opportunity restore your full faith in our escorted journeys.

However, we have passed on your concerns along with the latter concerning the distance of the hotels to our operations team for their review.
