Tricky booking procedure
Always very impressed with the ease of booking but was annoyed that I had to do 2 transactions which was very annoying. Wanted a twin and a double and couldn’t do that in one booking

Some times the app crashes, and I get fed up of always having to out my specifications in ie, parking, WiFi, lowest price 1st ect be good to be able to save these
