Easy to book
Easy to use the website the only problem is every time you look at a hotel they keep asking you to book it which is a bit annoying as you may still be considering other options

Doesn't work with Cashback
I should have got 11% cashback. Either your web-site is broken, or you deliberately mislead people by offering 'points' I didn't want instead of the cashback. I won't use Hotels.com again.

Didn't show my booking straight away on the app even though money had been taken, so worried me to start with that I'd lost money when I couldn't find my booking.
