I won't use this again. Booked a hotel as I have done with other services and then had it cancelled because I hadn't supplied information I wasn't prompted for. I'll stick with booking.com

Reasonably quick process
Pretty straight forward process. There was a slight issue with availability on one of hotels versus what was stated as being available but I managed to book another type of room.
