The booking could not let me paste my ‘Blue Light’ voucher at the check out because the room is a reservation not a confirmed booking.

I never booked as the website kept crashing!
I didnt end up booking as everytime I went to enter payment the website crashed and now I am worried something has actually been booked!!

No luggage storage before check-in
I couldn't apply my bluelight discount code to get a discount and I received an email after booking from the hotel to say there was no bag storage facility before check-in time or after checking out
