Poor advertising of property location.
The property we booked was falsely advertised. It was advertised to be close to Silverstone circuit, but turned out to be in Northumberland! Now I have to waste more of my time to request a refund...

Good price but details not clear
Very confusing. Breakfast included, but no detail as to what sort of breakfast. Breakfast not included in the booking summary or receipt, but was hidden in my account.
