Extra cost to amend simple info
Easy to book and able to use my Tesco voucher easily on the app. Only downside it that I accidentally put one guest not two and they want to charge extra to make such a simple amendment

As I was booking a room, there was always one room left on the site for each room option. My first and second choice rooms had 'gone' when I tried to book these.
