Very Disappointing Rewards (now)
OK, no better than or worse than other companies. they used to be much better until they changed the Hotel Rewards from a free room after 10 stays, to a pitiful 2% cash reward.

You took my booking before checking with the hotel, they were fully booked and had to cancel my booking. you need to sort this as my wife was looking forward to seeing the grandkids and is upset.
