We note that this has been addressed by email with our customer services team. We shall request a call back from them but must advise that their phone lines are closed on weekends and bank holidays.

Darren Seddon on the sales is very good but I find the whole thing bombarding a number and e mail for one thing and another for another.

Our staff are very experienced and will always offer the best possible options and advice. We have no control of the current airline cancellations or withdrawal of services from certain airports. Whilst we do regret any impact on your booking we have no control over the matter and are doing all possible to assist.

This booking was made online and the dates were chosen by you. For the protection of all parties, cancellations and/or amendments must be by email from the lead passenger. Whilst our customer service telephone lines are closed over weekends, we do have staff on duty to answer any written correspondence and our sales team will always be available to assist in any urgent matters. Hi. I emailed on the weekend and still no response. It’s been 6 days now. I understand I booked the wrong dates but would have expected a response by now. When I called on Monday, they said it can’t be cancelled over the phone. I understand it needs to be in writing but other firms redone with 48 hours max.
