I understand Holiday Gems have a lot on with cancelled flights but there is no excuse to ignore and send various emails all of which have different information and promises. I am really concerned about this it would save a lot of hassle if i got a phone call for 5 mintues to discuss my change of dates request for which I have been different information 4 times and being advised it could be upto a month to sort this - by then costs may have increased - NOT GOOD
