The booking was made online and there are options to select transfers. Not all passengers require transfers as they may be hiring a car or have chosen to book their own service. Additionally, your documents would have stated if transfers had been selected and confirmed. The hotel is officially rated as 3 star and unfortunately, not all ratings given abroad may reflect those of the UK. We do note that you did not contact us from resort as per the instructions in our terms and conditions and on your booking documents. This denied us the opportunity to address the issue immediately and we do regret that the holiday did not meet your expectations,
