Weare surprised at the comments regarding the hotel as the most recent reviews are very good and commensurate with the official, rating. The refund was made in two transactions and may have been to different cards. We have refunded in full as promised and request that you check all accounts used during booking.

I know it was paid in two transactions but it still doesn’t add up to the amount that was agreed on check your emails and if you need help with your maths try using a calculator

We do not contract directly with the hotel and therefore refute the comments made. It is rarely that late accommodation changes are made by the supplier and we do apologise for any inconvenience caused. Please use the complaints procedure and our team will investigate the issue raised.
