I think that it's the worst company I have ever had to deal with not only did we not have our travel documents but the agent was to blame,on the holiday it was a nitemare ,and complaining you don't want to know ,I have told friends and family never to book with your company and I never will again DISGUSTED! Don't be fooled this company once they have your money they don't care and they don't want to know ,suggestion book elsewhere

This company is the worst company I have ever had to deal with,this company failed in every part of my holiday and failed to answer the relevant issues or problems experienced,this gave us a terrible holiday and we have demanded a full refund,they are passing the buck,I will seek legal proceedings to get my money should this not come forthwith,I am disgusted and suggest to anyone they rip customers off ,they lie to protect themselves and I for one will not back down ,do not book with this company ,once they have your money they don't care ,complain and they fob you off ,they don't want to answer the problems and they don't want to refund people ,the worst company I have ever had to deal with also they are no member of ABTA ,Beware DISGUSTED!!!!! Do not book with them
