However, we are happy that you were assisted to enable a holiday to proceed. For the issue to do with transfer, there is a local process to follow to obtain the service and if this failed, our post travel team would be pleased to investigate. It would of course be necessary to facilitate your own transport to ensure you did not miss your flight.
