Unfortunately, the correspondence and call received were on the day of departure and we were unable to assist mainly due to time differences. We apologise for the inconvenience. The telephone numbers for the local supplier were shown on the travel documents and these should have been used for any issues. Additionally, reconfirmation can be done online where the collection time is shown. The issue has been highlighted to our customer liaison team who will acknowledge the correspondence and advise you of the process now to be followed.
