This is a situation which we make every effort to avoid, but as we book through a third party, the supply may change rapidly and, unfortunately, a situation over which we have no control. Our agents will make every effort to source the accommodation through alternative suppliers and if unable to do so will offer alternative room types in the same property. We are disappointed that you have found our service lacking in any way. However, having accessed the booking we can find no details regarding a refund. If you are referring to another booking please can you clarify to customerliaison@holidaygems.co.uk and our team will do all possible to assist?

Thank you for your positive feedback. To address the queries raised re the hidden costs we would advise that the website is clear and additions can be made online after hotel and flight selection. Unfortunately, bags, seats, meals etc are optional and the charges made are by the airline and a matter over which we have no control. We are sure that, despite the issues raised, you will have a wonderful holiday.

Thank you for your feedback. We note that the agent recommended a change of hotel due to the location of that originally requested. It would appear that the hotel was changed 5 days after the original confirmation and we are sure that this will enhance the quality of your holiday.
