We apologise if you believe that the customer service has not met your expectations. That said, we note that the matter has been addressed correctly and the correct cancellation fees have been given for a cancellation requested by you. These fees are supplier charges and a matter over which we have no control.

that wasn’t the problem,I had issues with baggage and a few minor issues which was fine,I had requested a booking for a certain price but was charged a-lot extra,I had saved screenshots of what I requested but somehow my booking got confirmed with extra baggage which I didn’t need or order so Im having to pay extra for baggage and some extra charges for no reason I contacted you and spoke to a few different agents but no one was helpful or tried to resolve the issues.They made it seem like my fault and tried say that inbound and outbound flights is the same and that I booked 2 for each flight in-fact I booked 1.
