Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. I’m really pleased to hear that you had a lovely holiday overall. I’m sorry, though, that the evening entertainment was disappointing and that your caravan wasn’t as clean as you would normally expect from us. We always want our accommodation to be presented to a high standard, so I’m sorry we fell short on this occasion. I’m also sorry about the recycling bins being full and overflowing regularly. I completely understand how frustrating this can be, and this is certainly something we need to keep on top of, so thank you for bringing this to our attention. We really appreciate you bringing these points to our attention, as it helps us see where we can improve.
