Thank you for your review. We're sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the outcome of your booking. To clarify, your team bookings with Hoburne were honoured in line with our Employee Discount Policy. Unfortunately, once the period had expired where you no longer had access to our team benefits, bookings were no longer eligible for the team rate and would therefore need to be rebooked at the prevailing public holiday price. We appreciate that this booking was for your sister's 60th birthday and understand your disappointment at the increase in cost. However, the booking was managed in accordance with the Team booking policy that was in place at the time.

It’s always wonderful to hear from guests who love Bashley and appreciate the facilities and experience we aim to provide. I was sorry to read your comments regarding your dining experience. Whilst I’m pleased that you enjoyed your stay overall, I completely understand your disappointment that the food and service did not match the high standards you experienced elsewhere on the park. Your feedback regarding the fish being overcooked, drinks arriving after your meal, and having to find a member of the team to request condiments is not the level of service we expect our guests to receive. I also appreciate your comments regarding the younger team members — they work incredibly hard, and ensuring they have the right support and guidance from more experienced colleagues during busy periods is important. Your comments have been shared with our Food & Beverage management team for review, particularly around service standards, staff support and consistency of food quality.
