Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I was sorry to read that your stay did not fully meet your expectations. The accommodation you booked is one of our classic grades, which is designed to provide comfortable, value-for-money accommodation. Whilst it includes all the essentials for a self-catered holiday, it does not include some of the additional features found in our higher accommodation grades, such as a parasol, fridge freezer, dishwasher or washing machine. I also appreciate your comments regarding the recent heatwave. The exceptionally high temperatures were unprecedented, and whilst we do not provide fans within our accommodation, we would recommend that guests consider bringing one with them if travelling during periods of extreme hot weather, where possible. I was also sorry to hear about the litter around the park. With the exceptionally busy period and the increased activity from seagulls, we have experienced challenges keeping refuse areas clear. We are already working to increase our refuse collections during peak periods to help maintain the high standards of presentation that our guests expect. Finally, I'm sorry that noise from neighbouring guests affected your stay. Whilst we appreciate that family holidays can naturally be lively, we understand that excessive noise can impact the enjoyment of others. Thank you again for your feedback.
