We're very sorry to read about the issues you experienced during your stay, particularly regarding the condition of the caravan, service in the bar and restaurant, and your concerns around pool safety. These are certainly not the standards we aim to provide. We would have appreciated the opportunity to receive this feedback while you were still on site, as it would have allowed our team the chance to investigate your concerns, address any maintenance issues, and work to resolve the service problems during your stay.
