We're pleased to hear you thought the site itself was lovely, but we're sorry to learn that the evening entertainment and the standard of cleaning in your caravan did not meet your expectations. Had you let our team know about the cleanliness issues during your stay, we would have been more than happy to arrange for the caravan to be re-cleaned straight away. We always encourage guests to let us know of any concerns while they're with us so we can do our best to resolve them as quickly as possible.
