It’s great to hear you had such a brilliant holiday and enjoyed the van, the outdoor pool, and watching the matches outside. 😊 It’s especially lovely to hear that you brought your son and his family for their first visit and that they enjoyed it too. It sounds like you all had a really good time together! We completely understand your comments about the bus service and how much easier it would make things, especially when travelling by train or for guests who don’t have a car. Unfortunately, the bus service is operated by Stagecoach and isn’t something we have control over, but we do appreciate how much of a difference it would make if the service came back into the park. Thanks so much for your review! We’re really glad you had an enjoyable stay and that everything else was OK. Thank you for the feedback about the appliance instructions, especially the TV. We completely understand that it can be frustrating trying to work out a new appliance when you’re on holiday! Just for future reference, we do have a maintenance team who are always happy to pop over and help. You can simply scan the QR code in the caravan or give reception a call, and we can arrange for someone to come and have a look.
