I’m really sorry that the caravan wasn’t up to the standard you’ve come to expect from us. We absolutely understand your disappointment, particularly as you’ve stayed with us many times before and have always had a positive experience. The issues you’ve mentioned with the fridge, rust in the toilet area, the cleanliness around the flooring and the finish of the new lino are certainly not what we want our guests to find when they arrive. I’ll make sure all of this is passed on to the relevant teams so that it can be looked into properly. We really do appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
