Thank you for taking the time to leave such detailed feedback. I do remember this being mentioned to us at check-out, and I’m really sorry that your stay got off to such a disappointing start. We’ve spoken with the team who cleaned the caravan, as what you found was certainly not our usual standard. The shower and toilet should have been properly cleaned, and the rubbish left in the boiler cupboard should absolutely have been picked up as part of the cleaning and safety checks. I completely understand your frustration, especially after already having to wait beyond the advertised check-in time. You should have been able to walk into a clean and welcoming caravan and start enjoying your holiday straight away. I’m pleased to hear that, despite the issues at the start, you still had an amazing holiday and enjoyed the location.
