Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We’re pleased to hear that you found the caravan to be first class and that you enjoyed the surrounding area. We’re sorry, however, that some aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. We appreciate your comments regarding the facilities for children aged 10 and 13, and we’re also disappointed to hear that you did not find our staff as welcoming or helpful as we would expect, particularly in the Bay Café. Your comments regarding the food and service have been noted and will be shared with the Food & Beverage Manager. We appreciate that having the right facilities for your grandchildren is an important part of choosing a holiday park, and we regret that these expectations were not met. Thank you for taking the time to leave such detailed feedback. We’re really sorry that the caravan wasn’t up to the standard you expected, particularly when you were paying a significant amount for your stay. A dog-friendly caravan should still be clean and fresh for every arrival, so we’re disappointed to hear about the dog hair, smells, kitchen floor, dirty oven tray and the other issues you found. The cracked glass and lino coming adrift should also have been picked up during our checks, and we’ll make sure these points are passed on to the relevant team. I’m pleased our reception team were able to arrange for someone to return and give the caravan a further clean, although we appreciate you shouldn’t have had to ask for this in the first place. Thank you as well for your comments about the decking, storage of the vacuum, and the children’s play area. We’ll pass these suggestions and observations on as part of our ongoing checks and improvements. It’s lovely to hear that you enjoyed the peaceful Woodland Glade and that your grandchildren had a great time in the indoor pool. We’re sorry that the condition of the caravan and play area took away from what could have been a much more enjoyable stay.
