Thank you very much for your comments. I'm sorry you had such difficulty booking with us on this occasion. We would normally set the optional online payment facility soon after the booking comes through, as not everyone wants to wait for us to call them back. However we aim to follow up with a call within the 48 hours specified if no online deposit is made. I am sorry if this wasn't made clear, and that we didn't get to talk with you on this occasion, but if you do have any further queries about the booking or property, then please do get in touch with us. Please do be reassured that unless payment is made online we do call within 48 hours. I hope you have a great holiday.

Thank you for taking the time to send us your feedback. Unfortunately with over 600 properties there are just too many variables for us to print the cost of each pet at each property, but I am sorry if this extra charge came as a shock to you. I hope that you all have a good holiday nevertheless.

Thank you very much for such lovely comments. We do understand that sometimes the vagaries of life can mean that non-essential organisation like holidays can fall by the wayside. With this in mind, we open until 9pm from Monday to Thursday, until 7:30pm on Friday and until 5pm on Saturday. I hope you have a wonderful holiday.
