I am really sorry to hear this. We have 600+ properties, each with different homeowners, which creates a tremendous amount of variables. For example, some properties have age restrictions for younger children and others in the number of pets that they will accept. Whilst we try and streamline this where possible, sometimes it is necessary to check with a homeowner prior to confirming or taking a payment against a reservation.
