Thank you for your comments. This review site focuses purely on how we did as an agency taking your booking, which is why we ask for your feedback prior to going on holiday. We also would love to know what you thought of the house after your holiday, although any praise then will be mostly down to the homeowners efforts to ensure that you have had a good holiday.

They are a letting agency for holiday homes, they take people's orders and make bookings, this notes is for to tell you how you have done this based on my opinion, you have exceeded yourselves you have managed to take my booking and place it with your client, well done I am really very grateful and impressed, thank you sp very much we really appreciate the wonderful job that you have done and we will be sure to tell everyone that we know and meet, thank you so very much, we are true lily amazed keep up the excellent work.

I'm so very sorry to hear this. There is very little we can do to change the unfortunate circumstances which surrounded your booking, but in retrospect, we certainly should have questioned the number of guests on the booking when you made your reservation. Anyone who knows the house that you booked would immediately have understood that there was insufficient space for your party. In this instance we missed this and we can only apologise. Going forward we have changed the property details to reflect that the house will only ever accept the advertised 2 guests. Once again our apologies.
