Efficient and Helpful
The process worked well, except for planning permission which was outside their control. It may be worth lobbying the Senedd to ease the onerous planning process which is worse in Wales than England.

Easy to find an Elite installer and easy to book up a survey and get everything rolling. Also easy to get the grant, with Heat Geek taking care of all the admin. Very happy customer here.
