Hi Nancy, Thank you for leaving a review. I am so sorry for the delay in delivery, but you did pick the 10 working day and non tracked delivery service. Which means there is no way of tracking this delivery. Due to the Christmas period and also due to the covid situation we are seeing major delays in all deliveries from all couriers.
