I am so sorry that you didn't get your order on time, but as you are aware there is a pandemic going on and all careers are seeing delays throughout December. I realise some companies can make their deliveries on time and we have made at least 99% of our deliveries on time but there are always going to be that 1% during busy times. We are a small family run business and offer free shipping so it is difficult for us to have 100% delivery efficiency. But I do agree with you that it is our fault and for that I am sorry.
