Thank you for your feedback. We're pleased to hear you were happy with the charcoal itself, but we're sorry that the delivery experience fell short of expectations. We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to receive mixed delivery communications and have the order arrive over two separate days. Occasionally, when an order is shipped in multiple outer cartons, courier networks can separate the parcels in transit, resulting in split deliveries. Whilst this is outside of our direct control, we appreciate that it can be inconvenient and the communication from the courier should have been clearer. Thank you for your honest feedback. As a natural hardwood charcoal product, there can be some variation in lump size during transit and handling, however excessive small pieces and dust are not acceptable and we understand your disappointment, especially when purchasing in larger quantities.
