Occasionally errors happen that are out of our control, but we are continually making improvements to our tracking services to ensure you receive the issues you should. However I am pleased to confirm that the correct issue was sent on 27/08/15. We can only apologise that you've had issues with receiving your magazines and that you've had to get in touch with us. Occasionally errors can happen, but we are continually making improvements to our tracking services to ensure you receive the issues you should. However our records show that both issues were delivered to the correct address and we have not had any issues returned. Unfortunately we do not have any issues left in stock, but have extended your subscription for a further two issues.
