Hello, Thank you for sharing your experience with us at Gray Line Worldwide. I checked our records regarding your tour in San Francisco. Your tour was scheduled for June 7. On May 30, we received a request from Gray Line of San Francisco to cancel and refund your tour "per customer request". Therefore, we cancelled and refunded this tour on June 3, four days before your tour was to take place. So, as far as our records show, your tour was scheduled for June 7, but was cancelled and fully refunded prior to departure. It seems as if this tour was not confirmed nor paid for.
