Thank you for taking the time writing us this review. We regret to see that you did not join us initially but it seems like our team was able to accommodate your booking for the following day. The reason why you were not picked up, per the photos you have sent us is that you were waiting in the wrong location. It seems like you were waiting at the public bus stop where public bus line no 12 passes instead of Bus Stop 12 (see map here: https://busstop.is/).
