Go lights charged me $10 for postage of a very small and lightweight dimmer and it took nearly 1 week to receive the dimmer Not happy

Not coming back
Customer service needs to be improved. Shipping was a joke, 2 weeks is poor especially when the warehouse had to be reminded to ship my lamp

Very slow handling time
Really surprised that it took 8 days from ordering to dispatch. Many companies pride themselves on quick turnaround, so this was a bit disappointing. Otherwise happy with the service provided.
