Occasional outages. Frequent resets.
Occasional outages. We regularly have power outages, after which a full reset is required. Because of previous and lack of mobile phone coverage we have had to keep our BT landline.

The service is customer focused. When we signed up for the Broadband, it was not easy at times to get through on the phone if we had an enquiry. other wise I am satisfied with the service.

had to use gigaclear as they were the only service in my area
