Hi Paul, Thanks for your review, and I'm really pleased you are happy with the product itself. You actually ordered at 9:15 PM on the Wedneday and your order was processed on the Thursday. We ordered your item from our supplier which arrived Friday. We dispatched promptly the same day on a next working day delivery service, to get the item to you on Monday. You weren't contacted because the item wasn't a next day delivery item. This means it falls into our standard delivery policy of 1-3 working days. We were therefore within this, but we're sorry if you felt we should have got the item to you faster.
