Hi, Apologies for the problems with your order. We haven't received any emails from you at all and I'm not aware of an issue with our systems. However, I have found your order and it does appear there was a delay in getting the part from our supplier. It was dispatched last Thursday for delivery Friday. I'm not sure of the details but our courier seemed to have an issue on Friday, but your items are out for delivery again today. If you'd like to talk about your order, please give us a call on 0333 555 0004. Apologies again for the delay in receiving you order.
