Sold me a rusty garden arch and refused to take it back saying it was not their problem

Thank you for your review and comments,
You contacted to advise that your arch had become very rusty and you weren't happy with it.
We advised that unfortunately we do not offer a guarantee with the item, as it should be covered by a manufacturers warranty. We then provided the web address to the manufacturer where you could go and raise the issue to get it sorted.
We advised that you provided the proof of purchase from us to ensure that it could be sorted as soon as possible. Because we do not make the products ourselves we cannot verify the treatments or processes that they have gone through, this issue would need to be sorted with the manufacturer as they would be the ones providing the warranty / guarantee.
