The item was ordered and received within a couple of days with no fuss. It looks nice and blends in with the rest of the furniture in the lounge. My partner finds it useful and comfortable to use....
Product packaging was filthy. The product was manufactured in 2010! Will not use this company again.

The delivery arrived on time but unfortunately had some damage. Partial refund was offered and accepted. I have to repair myself, but confident that they would have replaced the item if I had not...
Didn't take long to arrive by courier, I did not want plastic packaging inside the box though! totally unnecessary and horrendous for our planet!
I've never known a cushion to need extra padding...
Excellent value for money. Very fast delivery. I was working when furniture arrived &couldn't get away from work so got a phone call to say they were here & let my neighbour sign for it. Well chuffed.
