The service was a pleasure to use, but is way too expensive. Different shipping options including different couriers should be offered. I paid over 50 sterling for a small camcorder, negating any savings. Also, package storage and consolidation are a must for any forwarding services. The webpage is clear and straightforward, and I'm sure forward2me are committed to improving their service. I will defintely keep an eye on them, and use them again once these suggestions are implemented

Thanks for the feedback - it's much appreciated. We are working hard to implement a consolidation service via the website which should help reduce prices. This should be available within the next couple of months. In the interim where a customer needs consolidation we will handle it manually for you - just send an email to that effect - we already have some customers consolidating hundreds of items each. We're also working on a personal shopper service (proxy shopping). For customers within the EU (such as yourself) we will be able to buy items ex VAT (20%) if you can provide us with an EU VAT number.

Thanks you for the feedback. We are working to provide different levels of service in future. At the moment we use DHL Express unless we are specifically asked to do otherwise. The reason for this is if we post something via the Post Office there is no tracking, no guaranteed service level and no insurance. In the past when we have done this we have experienced problems and those problems reflect badly on forward2me. The hope is to provide a kind of "fire and forget" service in future which just sends the package via the cheapest method possible but leaves no scope for claims against forward2me - hopefully this will provide something for those customers that don't care when an item is slow or are happy with the possibility of it going missing owing to it being low value.

Thanks for the feedback. We do use DHL Express for delivery which can be more expensive in some circumstances - e.g. very small or low value items. The reasons we use this DHL are the level of service, tracking and insurance. Using the postal network provides none of these, however if you do want standard shipping on a future parcel then please get in touch. James
