Apologies for the problem you had on install with the first TV, all our stock is tested before it leaves the warehouse so please accept my apologies that this has happened. As you say a changeover was completed the following day and I am pleased to hear all is working ok for you. Firstly kind regards for your recent feedback and also apologies that you feel this way in terms of your contract with us.  I have looked into the history of the above and many apologies for the damage caused. Whilst I appreciate this is frustrating I believe a credit of 2 months rental was applied to your account which you agreed to as compensation for this.

I also note in terms of equipment that we managed after different visits and leads and adaptors sent to you to connect your own personal sound unit to your television to ensure you could keep using this going forward. I know I personally helped in making sure this all worked for you and following our telephone conversations I was under the impression you were extremely pleased and expressed your gratitude for the assistance to get it going for you to keep your own equipment working alongside ours.
