Firstly kind regards for your feedback. I have looked into your comments and we are very sorry you feel you have not had the best experience. The scooter you rented from us was a brand new scooter ordered in for you. We understand you had a problem with the mirror so we replaced this and sent an engineer to fit and check over. We weren't aware of the problem with the light but understand it was the casing and this was adjusted accordingly.

A major advantage of rental is that you can change your mind if you feel the equipment is not suitable for you. We understand that you expressed to our team that you didn't feel the scooter was spacious enough for yourself and this was the largest scooter we could provide and therefore it wouldn't work out for you in the long run.
