Pretty good so far. Booked flights to LA with Delta as they were cheapest prices I found. Found the guy on the phone a bit hard to understand but we got there in the end. Id give em 4/5

No problems at all using Fly and Save. I forget the guy's name that I spoke to but he was very helpful and wasn't too pushy. I booked flights to and from Auckland which all went very smoothly....

Happy with the way the people at Fly and Save helped me with my flight booking to Bangkok. Needed a flight going out next week and they managed to find me a good deal with Emirates Airlines. Thanks

We are sorry to hear that you were not happy with the service you received from Fly and Save. We strive to provide good service and offer market leading flight fares through our supplier relations. Unfortunately due to the unavailability of the seats for a particular fare on a particular date, the fare cannot be removed as the seat allocations, availability and situation can change due to cancellations etc. Our fares selected on the Fly and Save website is a database of allocations and should be used for researching the best fares for a given date range. Most of our flights shown are available but our website fare database does not guarantee availability until booked over the phone.
