Thank you so much for your review and for travelling with us. We are really pleased to hear that everything went smoothly during your holiday and that you enjoyed your time away. We are very sorry about the delay with your return transfer and the lack of communication around it. That is certainly not the experience we want for our customers, especially at the end of an otherwise enjoyable trip. We understand how stressful that must have been and we will be raising this with our transfer partners to help prevent it happening in future. Thank you again for your feedback and we hope to welcome you on another FlyDirect holiday soon.
