We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Thank you for sending us your feedback. I can only apologise for the delay you experienced on your return journey. After loading passengers and luggage, the pilot did have to recalculate the load and take on additional fuel. Should you wish to travel with FlyDirect in the future, please feel free to contact our office, where our team will be more than happy to recommend a more suitable, smaller, perhaps adults-only hotel, so you can truly relax and return rested.
